Pension Increase for State and Public Sector Employees
On June 26th 2011, the Supreme Council for the Armed Forces issued Decree No. 102 of 2011 (Official Journal, 25 bis (g), June 28th, 2011) introducing an adjustment to the pension increase stated in Law No. 114 of 2008 from 20% to 30%.
بتاريخ 26 يونيو 2011 أصدر المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة المرسوم بقانون رقم 102 لسنة 2008 (الجريدة الرسمية، العدد 25 مكرر (ز)، في 28 يونيو 2011) بتقرير علاوة خاصة للعاملين بالدولة والقطاع العام وبزيادة المعاشاشت. وقد نص القانون على تعديل نسبة زيادة المعاشات والبالغة 20% التي كان منصوصا عليها في القانون رقم 114 لسنة 2008 إلى 30%.
